Design

Altecnic expansion vessels are constructed with a high-quality, non-replaceable diaphragm that is resistant to ethylene or propylene glycol mixtures. The vessels are also epoxy coated in red for corrosion protection.

How It Works

When water is heated, it expands. In a closed heating system, this expansion cannot be absorbed by the pipes or other components, so it can put a lot of stress on the system. Altecnic expansion vessels absorb this expansion, preventing damage to the system and helping to extend its lifespan.
