Winter Closure
Our offices and warehouse will close on 24th December 2024 at 1pm and reopen 2nd January 2025 at 8:30am. Need your order before the new year?* Order before 2pm on Thursday 19th December 2024.

General Delivery Information & Charges
We currently only deliver goods to and for use in Mainland UK. We do not deliver to Parcel Forwarding centers.
Products purchased under £50.00 (excluding VAT) will incur a standard delivery charge.
Free shipping for in stock items over £50.00 (excluding VAT) is usually 2-3 working days to mainland UK addresses - this excludes UK Islands, Republic of Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
Free delivery relates to MOST products on the website (unless otherwise stated on individual items) over the value of £50.00 (excluding VAT).
Next working day shipping is only available for stock items which are ordered before 14:00 at an additional charge - this charge starts from £12.50 (excluding VAT). Any orders that are placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
Urgent delivery needed? Give us a call on 0333 323 2329 and speak to us about our Same Working Day delivery service. We can arrange for a dedicated vehicle to bring your order straight to you.
If you are not available to take a delivery, you must let us know immediately. In the event of a failed delivery most of our couriers will normally leave a card so you can rearrange your delivery, after two failed delivery attempts the goods will be returned to us. If the items ordered require delivery via a pallet service and we attempt to deliver your order and no-one is in, a re-delivery charge may be incurred.
Missing items from your order?
If you are missing items from your order, please ensure you have checked all possible places in which the items may have been placed after delivery. If you are confident that items are missing from your order, please check with us to see if your order has been split into more than one delivery. You can do this by contacting our team on 0333 323 2329 or emailing sales@completepumpsupplies.co.uk. If you have placed multiple orders within days of each other we may have grouped your goods and split them between multiple parcels or pallets, we can provide you with tracking details in most cases.
If you have item(s) missing from your order, you must let us know within 30 days of your order being delivered. Reports made after this time may be rejected.
Delivery Days & Times
Delivery times are subject to change if the item is out of stock with our supplier. There are products on our website that are not stocked at our warehouse, nor with our manufacturer's UK warehouses, therefore lead times can vary. This is why we recommend you contact us prior to purchasing to check current stock levels and lead times.
Orders dispatched on a standard delivery service will be delivered between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Next Working Day Delivery (on orders placed before 14:00) should be delivered the next working day. Working days are classed as Monday-Friday. Goods which have been ordered on a Next Working Day delivery service after 14:00 will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Specified delivery times may be available for some orders. This is based on orders that are placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays) - for more details please contact us before placing your order as timed deliveries may incur an additional charge.
Larger items delivered on a pallet service need to be signed for. Online tracking may not available on these items, please call us if you have any delivery queries.
Weekend or orders placed on a Bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
During Christmas and New Year our warehouse will be closed. Orders over this period will be dispatched on the first working day after New Year.
As we use 3rd party delivery agents, Complete Pump Supplies are unable to guarantee that all deliveries will be the next working day. Complete Pump Supplies will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising.
